Overall Role Purpose : Manage overall warehouse Operations and deliver high service levels to ensure that the team delivers results in line with Customers agreed SLA in accordance with network procedures and defined standards.
1. Inventory Management - Ensure inventory is accurate, proper and high levels of service is delivered
A. Organize and conduct regular cycle counts and do a proper recon.
B. Conduct regular bin audits to ensure that system and physical stocks are aligned adequately. Provide RCA for exceptions and discrepant.
C. Conduct regular bin audits and report discrepancy and provide RCA & CAPA.
D. Do regular planography to ensure bin & Warehouse utilization is optimized.
