Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations across assigned regions.
• Oversee fabrication and civil works, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings for project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle client coordination, addressing requirements, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site challenges effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of fabrication and civil engineering practices.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Leadership and supervisory skills to manage site teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites across Punjab, UP, and Bihar.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, fabrication, or civil projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
