Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Site Incharge to oversee operations related to Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Boiler Chemistry , with additional responsibility for coal analysis and quality control . The ideal candidate must possess hands-on expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing water treatment systems and have a deep understanding of coal characteristics and combustion impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of WTP and Boiler Chemistry. Ensure efficient monitoring and operation of water treatment systems to maintain desired water quality. Conduct routine and in-depth coal analysis to assess quality and optimize boiler performance. Diagnose and resolve performance issues or failures related to WTP and boiler systems. Monitor and maintain WTP quality control parameters and implement corrective measures as needed. Coordinate with other departments for seamless plant operations. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain records of plant performance, chemical usage, and coal quality data. Lead and train plant operators and technical staff. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of WTP processes, boiler chemistry, and related equipment. In-depth knowledge of coal sampling, testing methods, and interpretation of results. Proven ability to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Familiarity with industry standards for water and fuel quality.
