Job Description

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall operations of the Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant (
ETP, MBR, RO systems
).
Ensure smooth functioning of processes and compliance with statutory & client requirements.
Monitor and control plant parameters to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Oversee manpower allocation, team supervision, and staff skill development.
Coordinate with clients for daily reporting, issue resolution, and relationship management.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans in coordination with the maintenance team.
Ensure adherence to
safety standards, statutory norms, and environmental regulations
.
Prepare operational reports, MIS, and maintain documentation for audits.
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of
ETP, MBR, RO systems
and water treatment technologies.
Proven ability to
independently manage plant operations
.
Excellent
leadership, team management, and client handling skills
.
Awareness of
safety practices
and regulatory compliance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.

Salary Range

40,000 45,000 Net (as per company policy and candidate’s suitability).
