Roles and Responsibilities Oversee power plant operation and maintenance activities, including boiler, turbine, and their auxiliaries. Monitor the performance of the unit, analyse deviation for correction, maintain plant efficiency levels, achieving operational excellence. Implement HSE standard at the site and implement SOP's. Handle operational emergencies like blackouts or islanding and revival of the unit. Conducting daily plant performance review and analysis wrt performance indicators such as APC and PLF. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution, quality control, and safety compliance. Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Preferred Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in mechanical/electrical/energy with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in power plant operation and maintenance. (BOE certification is compulsory.)
