Title : Site Incharge - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities.
1. Civil & Structural Work Supervision Lead and supervise all civil and structural construction activities at site, including foundations, buildings, drainage, and utility structures.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and industry standards.
2. Technical Coordination with HO & Consultants Liaise with HO engineering and project teams for design clarifications, approvals, and material specs. Interpret structural and civil drawings accurately and ensure implementation without deviations.
3. Manpower Planning & Site Team Management Mobilize and manage labor teams, contractors, and site engineers effectively.
4.Ensure adequate deployment of skilled/unskilled manpower based on work priorities and deadlines. concreting, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and RCC works. Implement site safety practices and ensure environmental and statutory compliance.
5. Site Logistics & Resource Planning Plan and manage construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site. Monitor material consumption, wastage, and inventory to support project efficiency.
6. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Track daily and weekly progress and report status to HO with photos and documentation. Highlight potential delays, site constraints, and propose actionable solutions.
7. Contractor Supervision & Task Execution Coordinate daily activities of civil and general contractors to ensure timely completion. Verify completed work for quantity and quality before raising measurement sheets or bills.8. Installation Readiness & Coordination Ensure civil work readiness for mechanical and process equipment installation. Coordinate with MEP teams to align timelines and avoid rework.
