We are looking for a Site Housekeeping Supervisor to manage multiple railway sites across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping activities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards at all assigned sites. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel and the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff at multiple railway sites across India.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained as per company and client requirements.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness guidelines.Coordinate with site managers to address housekeeping requirements and resolve any issues promptly.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring that stock levels are always adequate.Ensure that all housekeeping activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule.Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and report to senior management.
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, ideally in a site-based or industrial environment.
Experience in managing housekeeping activities at multiple locations.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, especially in a railway/industrial setting.Willingness to travel extensively across India.
