Job Title: Site Executive

Location: Dehradun (with extensive Pan-India travel)
Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Executive to oversee retail showroom construction projects across India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in site execution, vendor coordination, and project supervision, ensuring timely delivery with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end construction and fit-out of retail showrooms.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project reports for management review.
• Ensure cost control while maintaining construction quality.
• Travel extensively across India to monitor and manage project sites.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / ITI / Diploma (Civil, Interior, or related field).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in showroom construction (retail sector mandatory).
• Strong understanding of project execution, site management, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel Pan-India as per project requirements.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong vendor and contractor management.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
