Site Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cafeteria Operations Management

Ensure seamless operations of the digital cafeteria platform.

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site.

Supervise timely food service and order fulfillment.

Address and resolve real-time operational issues.

2. Client and Customer Handling

Act as the on-ground representative of GoKhana for client interactions.

Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Share daily reports and updates with the client and internal stakeholders.

3. Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times.

Ensure vendors follow GoKhana SOPs and hygiene standards.

Monitor vendor staff conduct and professionalism.

4. Platform & Billing Support

Assist with the GoKhana digital platform for menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries.

Ensure accurate and timely billing and order tracking.

5. Reporting

Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs.

Escalate site issues to the Cluster Manager or City Lead as needed.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.

25 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards.

Leadership and team handling abilities.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work in shifts as per client cafeteria timing.

Comfortable working at client premises across Bangalore.
