About the Company

Golden Homes Private Limited is a growing real estate developer focused on delivering quality residential projects with strong construction standards and timely execution.

Role Summary

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams on-site
Ensure quality standards, workmanship, and material usage are maintained
Monitor daily site progress and prepare work reports
Check and verify measurements, bills, and material requirements
Ensure compliance with safety norms and site regulations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth execution
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Maintain site records including drawings, reports, and inspection notes

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
4-10 years of experience in residential or real estate construction
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Familiarity with local construction practices and Chennai site conditions
Basic knowledge of billing, BOQ, and measurement books
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working on apartment or villa projects
Willingness to work at site locations in and around Anna Nagar
Ability to handle multiple activities and meet deadlines
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
