Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate and versatile Fashion Designer who understands both traditional and contemporary fashion. The ideal candidate will work across menswear and womenswear, bringing creativity, fabric knowledge, and design thinking to every outfitbe it a tailored blazer or a hand-embroidered lehenga. Key Responsibilities: Design custom outfits across categories: ethnic wear (sarees, lehengas, sherwanis), formals (suits, blouses, trousers), Indo-Western styles, and smart casuals for both men and women Collaborate with tailors and artisans to translate designs into perfectly fitted garments Advise clients on fabric selection, styling, cuts, and color based on their preferences, occasion, and body type Sketch designs and create mood boards for client presentations and in-store inspiration Supervise fittings , alterations, and final output quality Stay updated on fashion trends, embroidery styles, tailoring innovations, and fabric usage Contribute to visual merchandising , mannequin styling, and photoshoots for marketing and social media Preferred Candidate Profile: Must-Have: Solid understanding of fabrics, fit, tailoring, and Indian silhouettes Ability to design for both men and women across multiple styles and categories Sketching skills (manual or digital – CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.) Client-facing confidence, with clear communication and a good eye for detail Willingness to be hands-on in the production process and fittings Strong coordination skills with tailoring and embroidery teams Good to Have: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design Experience in a boutique or bespoke fashion setup Knowledge of pattern making or technical garment construction Styling or photography experience for shoots is a bonus Why Join Us?
