3. Accountable for timely completion of allocated project. 
4. Assigning work to technicians effectively and getting work done in a timely manner. 
5. Handling manpower efficiently.  
6. Follow up & Coordination with sub contractor for the execution of project. 
7. Follow up with procurement for timely supply of materials. 
8. Assist manager and above for timely completion of project in various stages.
