Site Engineer

Roles of a Site Engineer Project Execution – Ensure that the work on-site is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordination – Act as a link between the project manager, architects, consultants, contractors, and workers. Supervision – Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors. Quality Control – Maintain construction quality and safety standards on site. Reporting – Keep daily/weekly progress records and update management. Problem Solving – Handle site-level challenges and provide quick solutions. ✅ Requirements: Knowledge of construction/interior finishing works. Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred). Understanding of material specifications and BOQ. Site measurement and billing knowledge.
