About job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction activities in Chennai. This role involves ensuring adherence to design specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing progress reports. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and maintaining site documentation, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site.
Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
Manage and oversee the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Maintain detailed records of site activities and inspections.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E or B.Tech).
1-2 years of experience in construction or related field.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with construction materials and quality standards.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
Knowledge of construction project management software.
Experience with site surveying and measurement techniques.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
