Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure site execution according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Manage labor resources effectively to meet project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project performance. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and safety protocols. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry (freshers can apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD software for design purposes.
