Roles and Responsibilities Oversee site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor activities, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions. Manage labor control, contractor billing, and maintain accurate records. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site supervision). Proficiency in AutoCAD software for design purposes. Strong understanding of building construction processes, including contractor billing and labour management.

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct safety audits, inspections, and surveys to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Provide training on occupational health & safety (OHS) policies, procedures, and protocols to employees at all levels within the organization. Investigate incidents/accidents by conducting root cause analysis (RCA), identifying trends, and recommending preventative measures. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Safety Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of safety analysis, documentation, officer activities, OHS regulations & standards.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage project schedules from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop detailed project plans using MS Project software and AutoCAD drawings. Monitor progress against scheduled milestones and identify potential roadblocks for proactive mitigation. Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with a focus on project management. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA (Construction) preferred but not mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, MS Project, computer skills.
