Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager.
Verify measurements for billing and material usage.
Manage materials on-site and minimize wastage.
Conduct quality checks for shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plaster, finishing, etc.
Maintain safety standards and ensure safe working practices.
Handle layout, leveling, and surveying tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year experience in residential construction (apartments, villas, houses).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Basic understanding of quality checks, materials, and safety guidelines.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
