Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Poetry Designs in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will be responsible for project execution, quality control, labour management, material management, communication with stakeholders, and overseeing on-site activities to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Managing labour teams on sites which are in various stages

* On-site project management, Quality Control, and Structural Engineering skills

* Communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction

* Daily reporting of tasks and milestones

* Material management and vendor relations

* Experience is Villa constructions preferred

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Experience in construction project management

* Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Strong ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
