Job Description

Oversee daily site activities related to road and highway works (earthworks, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, etc.).
Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor usage of materials and ensure proper workmanship.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly work programs.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth progress of work.
Report progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
Implement and monitor quality control measures for road construction works.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory requirements at the site.
Conduct inspections, tests, and maintain quality records (field density, material test reports, etc.).
Interpret drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications for execution.
Prepare daily site reports, measurements, and work progress documentation.
Assist in billing, measurements, and quantity calculations.
Identify technical/site issues and propose solutions in coordination with seniors.
Ensure timely resolution of site-related challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
