You will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction work and ensuring proper execution as per project plans. This includes supervising and coordinating with laborers, contractors, and construction teams. Your active participation in construction activities and assisting in work execution will be crucial. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring quality control, material management, and adherence to safety protocols. Your role will also involve reading and interpreting structural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
