1.Oversee and coordinate on-site installation of windows, doors, and other systems.
2.Liaise with channel partners, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
3.Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
4.Handle escalated service or installation issues and resolve technical problems promptly.
5.Maintain inventory and ensure availability of tools, hardware, and materials.
1.Conduct hands-on training for new and existing installers and service technicians and channel partners
2.Develop training modules on installation techniques, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
3.Evaluate team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
4.Promote standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to them in the field. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field 5 years of experience in the fenestration industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Office
