Managing and executing the site as per drawing. Coordinating various contractors and laborers at site. Submitting various reports like daily labour report, daily progress report, and stock and quality reports to the office regularly. Supervising all the works and conform to the quality standards. Enforcing various operating procedures for each work. Ensure all the work is done as per plan and drawing. Coordinating with architects, clients and planning engineers and executing the work as per plan. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager Notes Site Engineer must have android or apple phone. Site engineer have to install office apps for reporting. Possession of two wheeler is a must. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: Civil engineering: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
