Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee onsite construction activities, ensure technical accuracy, and coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily onsite operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings, standards, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Ensure project timelines are met and report progress to project managers.
Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction/interior/architectural projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in interior fit-out or commercial/residential projects.
Knowledge of quality standards and project management practices.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to onsite conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
