Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer

Site Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
fabrication and erection of structural works
, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Manage
fabrication and erection of piping, equipment installation, shutdown, and breakdown activities
.
Supervise and coordinate all
on-site construction and maintenance
operations.
Ensure strict compliance with
safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to avoid delays.
Collaborate effectively with
project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain
accurate documentation and records
.
Prepare and submit required
reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
.
Minimum
4 years of experience
in site engineering, construction management, or related areas.
Strong understanding of
construction methods, fabrication processes, materials, and engineering techniques
.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and interpersonal
skills.
Demonstrated ability to
maintain productivity and focus while managing demanding project conditions and tight deadlines
