Site Engineer

You will be joining Solarpunk Futures (SPF), an early-stage company based in Goa that focuses on transforming the sustainable real estate industry. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing on-site construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, managing subcontractors" performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site. - Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. - Manage and monitor subcontractors" performance. - Assist in the development of project plans and schedules. - Prepare and update project documentation. - Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards. - Implement quality assurance and quality control measures. - Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials. - Monitor project costs and report variances. - Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. - Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders.
