Site Engineer Interior Fitouts

Role Overview: As a Full-time Interior Fitout Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with architects and designers in planning and executing interior fitout projects. You will conduct thorough site inspections, identify challenges, and ensure that the design plans are compatible with the site. Your role will also involve coordinating with clients and various teams to ensure seamless project integration. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring that procurement aligns with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. - Implement quality control measures through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution. - Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and stay within budget. - Develop and adhere to project timelines, address delays promptly, and maintain accurate project documentation. - Create as-built drawings and ensure safety compliance on-site by conducting regular audits and addressing concerns promptly. - Keep clients informed about project progress and address feedback for a positive experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Previous experience in interior fitouts. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and project management. - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
