Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion of work.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Handle site inspections, measurements, and material management.
Resolve technical issues on-site and report critical matters to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all on-site activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
Familiarity with project scheduling tools and site reporting.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
