Site Engineer - Fresher

As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be assisting senior engineers in the planning and design of construction projects. Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications will be a key responsibility. You will also be preparing and reviewing technical drawings and reports, as well as coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Adherence to safety standards and regulations is crucial, and you will support the team in resolving engineering issues on-site. Additionally, participation in meetings and providing project status updates will be expected. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Candidates with any degree and no prior experience are welcome. A strong academic record and a willingness to learn are essential. Basic knowledge of construction principles and project management, along with good communication and teamwork skills, are desired traits. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under the supervision of senior engineers are also important. The key skills for this position include proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. A basic understanding of construction materials and methods, as well as knowledge of surveying techniques, will be advantageous. Strong time management, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with a work schedule that may include day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location for this role is in person.
