Company: Experiva Engineering Services Location: Delhi NCR / PAN India (Project Sites) Experience: 1–6 years (Industrial Flooring / FM2 / Repair / Densification works) Responsibilities: Supervise site execution of FM2 flooring, repair, and densification works. Manage workforce and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor quality of materials like concrete, densifiers, hardeners, and ensure correct application. Coordinate with Project Manager, Clients, and Vendors for smooth operations. Prepare daily progress reports, work measurements, and maintain site records. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment (Laser Screed, Trowel machines, Grinders etc.). Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). Hands-on experience in Industrial Concrete flooring, concrete repair systems, densification & polishing. Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and execute as per specifications. Good communication & site management skills. Willingness to travel & work at project sites across India. Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable for experienced candidates).
