Responsibilities:-

• Construction Oversight:- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Project Planning Support:- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, providing technical input for effective execution.
• Quality Assurance:- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets design specifications and industry standards.
• Coordination with Stakeholders:- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Safety Management:- Enforce safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and actively address and resolve safety concerns on the construction site.
• Material and Resource Management:- Oversee the delivery, storage, and efficient use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Surveying and Layout:- Conduct site surveys, establish project layout, and verify that construction aligns with approved designs and specifications.
• Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, as-built drawings, and any deviations from the original plans.
• Progress Reporting:- provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding construction progress, challenges, and potential risks.
• Problem-Solving:- Address technical issues and challenges encountered during construction, implementing solutions to keep the project on schedule.
• Cost Monitoring:- Assist in monitoring and controlling construction costs, working closely with project managers to stay within budget constraints.
• Client Interaction:- Interface with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates on construction progress, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Subcontractor Management:-Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they meet performance expectations and contractual obligations.
• As-Built Drawings:- Update and maintain accurate as-built drawings, reflecting any modifications or changes made during construction.
• Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental regulations during construction activities.
• Testing and Inspections:- Coordinate and oversee material testing and inspections to verify compliance with project requirements and standards.
