Job Description

Supervision and Management: Overseeing day-to-day construction activities and the site labor force to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections and quality assurance tests on materials and workmanship to ensure all work meets required standards and building codes.
Health and Safety: Implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols and conducting risk assessments to maintain a hazard-free work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Technical Guidance and Problem Solving: Serving as the main point of contact for technical advice, resolving unexpected on-site difficulties, design errors, or equipment malfunctions quickly to avoid delays.
Project Planning and Scheduling: Assisting with project planning, developing detailed work schedules, monitoring progress against timelines, and making adjustments as needed.
Resource Management: Coordinating the management of materials, equipment, and labor resources, including negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
