Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The role demands strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day site operations and project execution.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure timely and quality construction.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure the use of approved materials and methods.
• Assist in procurement and resource planning as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project needs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
