Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented STP Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil works related to Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs). The role requires a strong understanding of STP construction, layout design, and civil infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the civil engineering aspects of STP construction projects from start to finish.
• Review and prepare structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely execution of work.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, resources, and site reports.
• Resolve technical issues, provide solutions on-site, and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and material requirements specific to STP-related works.
• Ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Location: Must be currently based in Lucknow or willing to relocate immediately
• Strong knowledge of STP layouts, processes, and related civil structures
• Good communication and project management skills

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
