Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

We seek an experienced and efficient site engineer for our engineering/construction department at Sri Aneka properties pvt ltd & Shri Anekas Ventures LLP.

As a site engineer, you will monitor diversified aspects of construction project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations. You will also foster effective communication by liaising with workers..

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Overseeing construction work.

* Checking technical design and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.

* Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

* Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

* Experience working on projects of “S+4 floors” on 54 multi joined building.

* Maintain and organize drawings and plans issued by the architect, ensuring they are accessible and up to date for site use.

* Managing parts of construction projects(Like: Civil interior, tyling, joineries, painting, plumbing, electrical, bathroom fitting & accessories and windows.

* Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.

* Implement improvements to design and processes.

* Maintain detailed documentation of site engineering activities.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, Bar bending schedule, materials and regulations.

* Daily progress report to be updated every day.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in related department.

· Should have more than 8 years of site experience as civil engineering.

· Experience with site development design and construction drawings.
