**Job Title:** Civil Supervisor / Site Supervisor **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month **Location:** Dewas & Ujjain, MP **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years **Qualification:** Degree in Civil Engineering ### **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **Civil Supervisor / Site Supervisor** to oversee construction activities at our project sites in **Dewas and Ujjain**. The ideal candidate will have at least **2 years of experience** in site supervision and possess a **degree in civil engineering**. ### **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. - Monitor construction work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. - Oversee and guide workers, contractors, and subcontractors. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation. - Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers. - Troubleshoot site issues and resolve them promptly. ### **Requirements:** - Minimum **2 years of experience** in civil/site supervision. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Strong understanding of construction processes and site management. - Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ### **Benefits:** - Competitive salary ranging from ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month. - Opportunity to work on diverse construction projects. - Professional growth and career development.
