Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed on time, in accordance with quality standards. The role demands expertise in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities while maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement engineering designs, plans, and specifications effectively.

- Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during construction.

- Liaise with project managers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of construction progress, site activities, and resource allocation.

- Monitor site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.

- Promote and enforce safety practices to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements:

- Education: B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering.

- Experience Minimum of 2 years.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
