As a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer, your responsibilities may include assisting in project planning,
§ Vendor management.§ Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing in the up-front set up of projects to insure profitability.§ Formulate and develop contract terms with clients and communicate to project team.§ Ensuring implementation and compliance of policies and procedures on projects.§ Guide multiple jobs and multiple job teams operationally in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services.§ Develop plans and measures to minimize and mitigate the potential risks.§ Accurately forecast project financial performance.§ Preparing and reviewing monthly project status reports.§ Meet the clients, architects and constructors and preparing proposals for new work.§ And completion of project stages as per deadlines.Ad-hoc tasks assigned as per directions of management from time to time.
