Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Building Information Modeling (BIM) design, management, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with design teams to develop and refine design concepts.
Prepare and review documents during the design development and detailed design phases.
Conduct engineering studies and schematic designs for new systems.
Analyze the operation and performance of existing systems.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) technologies to create sketches, drawings, and construction documents.
