Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in residential building construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work quality as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Monitor material usage and manage site resources efficiently.
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential building construction.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates from Perumbavoor, Angamaly, or Ernakulam regions will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
