Site Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer (Site) to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality control, manage site teams, and deliver projects within schedule and budget. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, supervision skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and office teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Supervision Monitor and execute all site-level construction works as per drawings and specifications. Ensure proper layout, marking, leveling, shuttering, steel placement, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works. Verify contractor workmanship and adherence to quality standards. Daily site inspection and reporting of progress. 2. Material & Resource Management Prepare daily material requirements and ensure timely procurement. Check quality of materials delivered at site (cement, steel, aggregates, blocks, tiles, etc.). Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and equipment usage. 3. Quality Control & Safety Implement quality checks at every stage of construction. Maintain site safety protocols and ensure safe working practices. Identify defects and implement corrective actions. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, interior teams, and clients. Attend site meetings and prepare updates for management. Handle client queries professionally and maintain good relationships. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site diary, material logs, and labour reports. Prepare weekly progress reports with photos. Assist in preparing RA bills, BOQs, and measurement sheets. 6. Planning & Scheduling Prepare weekly/monthly execution plans. Ensure work completion within timelines. Monitor subcontractor performance and
