Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive EHS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and proactive teammates. You'll lead the EHS function on-site, ensuring the implementation of policies and continuous improvement of EHS results. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (operations, HR, medical partners), drive risk assessments, develop emergency plans, and much more. Youll specifically take care of developing the site EHS management system and ensuring compliance, but also actively develop the site's EHS culture. Well look to you for: Supporting site management in achieving top-tier EHS results Driving the implementation of EHS policy and improvement plans Mobilizing and coordinating teams to meet objectives Ensuring EHS Risk Assessments are thoroughly conducted Controlling subcontractor activities concerning EHS Having the authority to halt operations in case of immediate risks All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Proven experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing or automobile sector for minimum 15+ years.
