Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at site and support the Project Manager in execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and project timelines.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor work progress and prepare regular site progress and material consumption reports.
• Maintain coordination between civil, structural, finishing, and MEP teams for seamless workflow.
• Ensure quality checks, site safety compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
• Support documentation, billing verification, and record maintenance related to site activities.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 35 years of experience in

  high-rise building projects

  within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of civil and finishing works, project coordination, and site management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
