Lead and supervise on-site construction (earthworks, foundations, structures, utilities). Read, interpret, redline, and implement technical drawings & bar‑bending schedules. Conduct daily site inspections, enforce quality & safety standards. Maintain site logs, progress reports, change orders, and material records. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project management Resolve on-site execution challenges promptly and cost‑effectively.
