Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills Ability to perform Planning and Stormwater Management Professional experience as a Civil Engineer Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of local regulations and construction standards Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in utilities or infrastructure projects is a plus
