Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Mandatory skill) for efficient design and drafting processes.
• Experience in construction scheduling (Mandatory skill) to efficiently plan and execute project timelines.
• Strong project management skills to oversee all phases of construction and ensure timely completion.
• Knowledge of Revit for creating and modifying digital construction models and collaborating with architectural team.
• Experience using STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and designing report maintaining safety standards.
• Skilled in surveying techniques for accurate site analysis and data collection that supports project requirements.
• Proficiency in cost estimation to prepare budgets and forecast expenses with accuracy and reliability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site operations to ensure adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.
• Prepare and review engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction professionals to facilitate efficient project execution.
