Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Billing, Estimation, BOQ, Costing, Tender documents, and contracts for various projects, including buildings and infrastructure.
Assist in preparing project quantities and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations.
Collaborate with internal teams such as the BOQ Team, Design Team, and On-site Team to ensure accurate costing and contracting functions.
Review and certify contractor bills, verifying quantities and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Maintain and compile bill verification statements, keeping track of contractor payments against work progress.
Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing work and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Verify the Master Cost Plan and actively participate in the Value Engineering process to optimize project costs.

Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of costing, tendering activities, and contract management.
Proficiency in scheduling software and familiarity with MS Project.
Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
