Job Title: Estimation and Billing Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in Estimation and Billing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the estimation and billing processes for our construction projects. The job role will require exceptional attention to detail, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs

- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and identify potential issues

- Prepare and submit project proposals and bids to clients

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

- Prepare project invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing

- Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff involved in estimation and billing processes

- Oversee the site engineering process, including execution, monitoring, and measurement related to individual projects

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estimation and Billing for civil engineering projects

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and billing software

- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and codes

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Availability to travel to project sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
