Site Assistant Property Affairs

As a Site Assistant in Property Affairs, your role involves finding and documenting sociological details of tenants and their families, such as the number of working individuals, dependents, educational background of children, native place, and connections within the society. You will also be responsible for collecting various documents like electric bills, photo passes, voter IDs, and coordinating with the Annexure II team for compliance. Your key responsibilities include: - Coordinating with the Annexure II team for compliance - Attending to tenants" queries and resolving them with support from seniors - Facilitating operational activities like site surveys, signing agreements, rent disbursement, and tenant evacuations - Conducting meetings with Committee Members/tenants as needed - Educating tenants about the company, its achievements, and commitment to fulfilling obligations on time - Identifying dominant personalities on site, criminal backgrounds, rivalries, and influential figures in the society - Recognizing potential Committee Members and socially active individuals - Identifying tenants with influence in Police Department/MCGM/Govt. Department - Demonstrating proficiency in the local language, computer skills (Word, Excel), and knowledge of Mumbai's geography and terrain You should be able to effectively communicate with tenants, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
