Site Administrator

Responsibilities:

Site Coordination

• Support Site Manager/Project Manager in coordinating construction activities.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Schedule and track site meetings, ensuring minutes are recorded and circulated.

Procurement & Inventory

• Monitor stock levels of construction materials and equipment.
• Raise requisitions and coordinate with procurement teams for supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and issue of materials at site.

Workforce Management

• Maintain attendance and payroll records for site workers.
• Assist in onboarding new site staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Support implementation of safety protocols and site regulations.
• Keep records of safety drills, inspections, and incident reports.
• Ensure site activities comply with statutory and environmental requirements.

Accident Case Handling

• Act as the primary liaison with police and local authorities in case of site accidents.
• Prepare and submit accident reports, witness statements, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with legal teams and management for case follow-up.
• Ensure timely communication with affected workers, families, and authorities.
• Maintain records of FIRs, investigation updates, and compliance actions.
• Support implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Administration, Civil, or related field.
• 10 years of site administration experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety, and legal compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
