1.Site Administration

• Manage the site office – maintain files, registers, attendance sheets, and visitor records.
• Ensure smooth functioning of utilities like internet, electricity, water, and security at the site office.
• Handle petty cash and maintain expense records for daily site needs.

2. Labour & Contractor Coordination

• Maintain attendance, wages, and documentation of construction workers.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for material delivery and work schedules.

3. Material & Inventory Management (Support Role)

• Assist in recording incoming/outgoing construction materials (cement, steel, sand, tiles, etc.).
• Maintain stock registers and coordinate with the purchase/procurement team.
• Follow up with vendors for timely supply and billing.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Keep copies of approvals, NOCs, safety certificates, and government compliance documents at the site.
• Coordinate with consultants for RERA, municipal, or environmental approvals.
• Ensure all site-related agreements and vendor contracts are properly filed.

5. Health, Safety & Security Support

• Maintain records of safety drills, safety equipment (helmets, jackets, harnesses).
• Ensure first-aid kits, safety boards, and signages are available.
• Support site engineers in monitoring compliance with safety protocols.

6. Finance & Billing Support

• Collect invoices from contractors/vendors and forward them to accounts for processing.
• Keep records of advances, payments, and petty cash usage.
• Prepare monthly expense statements for management.

7. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between site engineers, project managers, HO (head office), and vendors.
• Arrange site visits for management, architects, or clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, attendance, and expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
